We are looking for financial assistance to send our high school senior baseball team to a national tournament in Arizona during Spring Break. This team has been playing together since they were 3 and 4 years old, and they have faced tough competition as part of travel teams and all-star teams. They were state runner-ups as sophomores and made it to the state semi-finals as juniors. We aim to take these talented boys to a new level of experience and compete on a national stage. Any help or support you can offer will be greatly appreciated.

About the Dinner

Our dedicated team of high school seniors has been playing together since they were 3 and 4 years old, navigating through travel teams and all-star competitions. They have demonstrated exceptional skill and determination, being the state runner-ups as sophomores and making it to the state semi-finals last year.

This year, we are excited to announce that our team has been invited to compete on a national stage at a prestigious tournament in Arizona during Spring Break. To make this dream a reality, we are hosting an exclusive First Pitch Dinner on February 3rd, 2024 at the Danny Lang Event Center on the UCC Campus. This event serves as a unique opportunity for our community to come together, celebrate the achievements of our talented athletes, and contribute to their journey to compete nationally.

The evening will include special presentations, guest speakers, and, of course, the first pitch ceremony. Your presence and support at this event will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our fundraising goals.

We kindly ask for your consideration to provide support in the form of sponsorship or attendance at the First Pitch Dinner. Your generosity will not only contribute to the success of our team but also be recognized and appreciated by the entire community.

If you are unable to attend but would still like to support our cause, we welcome any contributions or donations. Please find more details about the event and sponsorship opportunities enclosed with this letter.

To confirm your attendance or discuss sponsorship options, please contact Coach Barron at (541)378-7401 or email at tibarron@uvcs.org

Thank you for considering our invitation. Your support is invaluable, and we look forward to sharing this exciting journey with you.
